Sažetak
In the first part of this thesis, the problem and the subject of this research were pointed out, the main hypothesis was set, key purpose and goals was determined, the most important scientific methods applied in the scientific research and presentation of the research results were listed, and the structure of the work was described. The second chapter deals with the conceptual definition of networking skills, the development of networking in the contemporary business world and its impact on certain spheres of society. The third chapter describes the main features of networkers users, followed by the fourth chapter in which the results of empirical research on the characteristics of networkers were presented. In the last chapter, chapter five, the results of application of the networking were analyzed and conclusions drawn from the study of networkers in Croatia were otlined.
