Sažetak
Paper seeks to contribute to the debate on the academic visions of the Good Countryside in a territorial context with predominantly negative rural development trends. This is accomplished by presenting the results obtained using the Delphi approach, which provided the basis to construct four different alternative scenarios for the Croatian countryside in 2030, a countryside which is currently facing numerous developmental challenges. The scenario Rural renaissance served as a basis for comparing recognized features of desired rural futures in Croatia with the Good Countryside concept, developed by Shucksmith (2016).
