Sažetak
Competences are the main foundation, element of each profession. Among professional competences those related to quality are crucial for delivering a service or product/result of a professional activity. Quality-related competencies are/should be incorporated into all other competences because "quality is everything". Professional models and frameworks, as well as Bodies of knowledge dedicate important parts to quality area(s) and competencies. The paper presents the results of analysis of quality-related competencies within the European e-Competence Framework (e-CF) showing how and where competencies directly related to quality are defined, and, consequently, recognized and implemented within other competencies.
