Sažetak
Analysing speech spectra at patients with cochlear implant, we were focused on differences of spectra obtained with, and without speech processor. We took two patients operated on the same day, having the same type of implant. One patient was prelingually deaf; the other was postlingually deaf. The patients were asked to read a short article with cochlear implant switched on. One hour later they read the same article again, but without speech processor. Differences in their speech performance, noticed by therapist, were objectified by spectral analysis.
