Sažetak
The paper assessed the transition process of Croatian companies throug the issue of evaluating the company. Its focus is to try to adjust an company's value according the changes occuring in the company itself and in its environment. An company's value is determined as a result of certain factors. More specified, the bases for accurate avaluation of the company in defining those factors and the intesity of their influence on the company's value.
