Sažetak
We conclude that there is room for improvement in Croatian cardiac ICU network organisation, which will largely depend on the country’s financial develop- ment. Results of this type of investigation and system- atic comparison with economically more developed countries have to be taken into account when planning development, proposing standards, reimbursement mas- ter plans or quality assessment.
