Sažetak
The implementing of the quality system under ISO 9000 is the process lasting since 1987. The appearance of that system is not unexpected. It is the result of introducing the statistical follow-up of production processes all over the United States of America between the two world wars and the experiences acquired in the military operations during the World War II. The developed system crossed the Atlantic by the end of the sixties, to appear in Europe as ISO 9000:1987, in 1987. The superiority of the quality system of ISO 9000 is in a simple fact that it sublimates many-year experiences of the use of available sources to have achieved the rationalization of production processes, what certainly contributes, in every enterprise, to creating the potential necessary to conquer different difficulties during business operations and development. The companies of the less developed countries should adopt the system of the ISO 9000 standard as a historical opportunity for intensive supplementing of the loss business experience in the market circumstances during the time after the World War II.
