Sažetak
This paper includes analysis of public procurement law and individual procedures of procurement from that Law. The analysis is a fundamental preparation for developing the application that will enable enforcement of the public procurement law. Based on conducted analysis a set of user entities has been defined, its attributes and relationships between entities which all together defines relational database model. After defining relational database model, a functional application has been made that works according to the defined process flow. Process flow has been defined in analysis of procurement procedures. This paper presents the use of web technologies and object-oriented programming to create a functional application. The application was created at the University of Applied Sciences Velika Gorica for the courses Object Programming Application and ASP Web Programming. This paper represents educational case for implementing the procedures of the of public procurement law.
