Sažetak
The direct power injection test for electromagnetic immunity of integrated circuits is simulated. The circuit behaviour in the steady-state is obtained either using the steady-state solver, or by running the time- domain simulations for long enough to reach the steady-state. For circuits with high failure power levels the steady-state solver does not converge. The length of the time-domain transient and the transient envelope are analysed.
