Sažetak
The Internet of Things (IoT) can be defined as everyday physical objects being connected to the internet and being able to identify themselves to other devices. In recent years the Internet of Things (IoT) was identified as one of the emerging technologies. Research in this area has increased considerably and future research will have to include other technologies such as biometrics to complement the development of IoT devices. The idea of this paper is to give an overview of biometric characteristics applicable to IoT with emphasis on soft biometric characteristics and possible application ideas in IoT.
