Sažetak
Serving justice in international arena requires logistical support for all of the stakeholders. Central authority is a tool intended in the first place for the parties, but also for the courts. Smooth cooperation has to be assured. Problematic points deriving from practice are pinpoined. Having in mind the ongoing Brussels II a recast procedure, possible legislative improvements are offered.
