Sažetak
The introduction of new management practices is an important issue for firms as they seek to upgrade their productivity, improve the quality of customer offerings and retain competitiveness. Such innovations are typically incremental in nature, and include new approaches to structuring the firm or new management techniques. Literature review shows that OI are not researched enough and their impact on innovation and financial results are not obvious. Influences of twenty one organizational innovation practices on overall financial results are researched.
