Sažetak
The System Dynamics Simulation Modelling and Optimisation Methodology is one of the most suitable and effective ways of dynamics modelling of complex non-linear, natural, technical and organisation systems. Following a number of computer-laboratory researches the system dynamics simulation models were carried out from 1991 to 2001, as under-graduate and graduate theses at the Maritime Faculty University of Split and The Polytechnics of Dubrovnik, Croatia and science’ s projects and papers of all authors of this papers, also! The aim of this paper is to show the efficiency of the relatively new science discipline: “ System Dynamics” and its “ Simulation Modelling and Optimisation Methodology” . As one of the simple example of efficiency of its methodology we are going to present some qualitative and quantitative models of the dynamics behaviour of one inductive motor as one of the most complex and non-linear technical systems. As authors we suggest using the efficiency of the System Dynamics Science View of Point and its Qualitative and Quantitative and Optimisation Methodology for designing, and constructing new technical and organisational systems, for diagnosing existing systems and for education in universities of the natural, technical and organisation science as the creative simulator for the their personal training!
