Sažetak
One of the standpoints of "New classical economics" also called "school of rational expectation"is that all the predictable measures of macroeconomic policy do not have real effect on production or employment. In accordance with this theory, taking into account econometric and economic criteria, our aim is to investigate by models the influence of fiscal policy on real production in Croatian economy. To examine the effect of policy, it is first necessary to conduct oa analysis of the long-term connections between economic variables. For that purpose we shall apply a common regression and error correlation model.
