Sažetak
Tourism development would be unimaginable without sports and recreation, an integral component of what every destination has to offer. Sports and recreation activities greatly differ in their content, effect and targeted users. Because of these differences in structure, content and quality, they should be organized and implemented by fully trained and educated personnel that would ensure the quality of programs in action. Sports and recreation's of this kind are mainly used by individuals or groups who have litter or no contact with asorts in their professional careers ; consequently, their bodies are by and large unaccustomed to physically strenous efforts.
