Sažetak
The paper presents the results of a research in labour productivity in construction industry conducted on Croatian construction sites. An explantation is provided of the term of labour productivity, as well as elements providing it significance in performance of construction works. A aystem of labour productivity icrease is presented, based on the method of daily visit. Furthermore, significant factors affecting the labour productivity are explained, and the options are analysed for its improvement through different phases of project, by the individual participants in the project.
