Sažetak
The aim of the courses was to help managers. In the field of mental retardation care to develop a managerial attitude what means to become people-managers having sufficient skills on the interpersonal and business dimensions. Learning to use human resourses instruments and developing interpersonal skills to support self-actualisation of their employees, they help clients to become more self-actualising.
