Sažetak
The paper discusses the process of creating a large term bank for the purposes of standardizing national terminology, based on the experience in building the Croatian terminology database Struna within the program the Development of the Croatian Special Field Terminology. A particular focus is given to the cooperation of terminologists and domain experts in the terminology standardization of this kind. The benefits and drawbacks of a multidomain term bank are also discussed.
