Sažetak
Persons with disabilities face obstacles while obtaining information at airports which can affect on their mobility. Currently available scientific research and solutions in the field of user informing describe the possibilities of informing passengers at airports using information and communication technologies. The lack of a universal service whose role is to provide information to persons with disabilities and connect them with PRM (Passengers with Reduced Mobility) service at airports is established by analysing currently available scientific research and solutions. This research will determine the impact of real-time information on mobility of persons with disabilities at airports. By analysing user needs, requests of persons with disabilities for the development of innovative informing service and their connection with PRM service will be defined. With the analysis of technical and technological characteristics of information and communication technologies (Automatic Identification and Data Capture, sensors, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, ZigBee, Cloud Computing) in Internet of Things environment, the optimal information and communication technologies for delivering informing service to users will be proposed. The aim of this research is to propose an innovative concept of e-Business model for real-time communication of all stakeholders in the B2Twsn system. The proposed concept of e-Business model is expected to increase users’ mobility and effectiveness of conducting business processes of PRM service and other stakeholders at airports. The concept of e-Business model can influence on quality of life of persons with disabilities and their connection with community.
