Sažetak
In their business activities, banks encounter assets, economic and financial risks. Mentioned risks arise from assets, economic and financial balance. These balances are closely related. Financial balance could not be achieved through longer period without previously established assets and economic balances, and vice versa. The achievement of balances represents a basic assumption of safe and successful banking. In order to manage mentioned risks, and therefore the entire banking, more efficiently, it is necessary to determine elements that influence the risks, their quantity and influence on the economic, financial and assets position of a bank. Managing of mentioned risks is possible only if an accounting-information base has been previously elaborated.
