Sažetak
The focus of this research is other banking regulation. This is due to the fact that besides monetary and prudential measures, Croatian banking system is under pressure of other non- monetary and non-prudential measures. This article tries to analyze and monetarize these measures. Basic results has proved the following hypothesis: (1) Non-monetary and non- prudential banking regulation have a substantial influence on every Croatian banks` operation, and (2) Non- monetary and non- prudential banking regulation per see have a bigger influence on operations of smaller banks since they cannot achieve effects of the economics of scale.
