General cause of applied RhD incompatible units was blood shortage during summer months ; however, in years some changes in general policy have been noted: less patients transfused , but with higher number of units, chosen patients tended to be over 70, but an age tended to lower in some critical periods, involvement of dg fractura femoris and Surgery Intensive Care Unit increased
