Sažetak
An intelligent system is designed and program is written in GENSTAT language (version 4.04) for determination of metric properties of composite measuring instrument, under models described in Momirović and Gredelj (1980). It consists of modules which provides functions of computing module, consisting of sub module for data preparation and declaration of data structures, sub module for computing the measures of metric properties of applied test, and sub module for computing norms ; and interpreter, with the detector of marginal and degenerative cases, the recognizer of different normal outcomes ; the knowledge base, including rules for the interpretation of obtained results, comments about different normal outcomes, comments about marginal and degenerative cases, and educator consisting of extended information about each particular measure, with explicitly derived computing algorithm and with list of most relevant references.
