Sažetak
A simple procedure of external validation of items of supposedly heterogenous composite measuring instrument was proposed determining the position of each item within chosen reference coordinate system (Prot and Bosnar, 1988). To make easier usage of method, an assistant system is designed and program is written in GENSTAT language (version 4.04), in order to help the definition of coordinate system and interpretation of results. Program consists of four modules: 1. selector, in which the data about reference system are required, defining the selection of operation and messages from interpreter ; Coordinate computing ; 2. basic computing module, including input of vectors defining reference coordinate system and input of data ; 3. recognizer, which classifies results into different groups ; and 4. interpreter, consisting of number of eadings fulfilling the task of knowledge base, rules for displaying messages, and organization of other output.
