Sažetak
This paper is aimed at delineating Rushdie’s migrant characters in relation to their identity. The first part will therefore deal with the importance of migration and migrant experience in the modern world. Rushdie’s essays will be the start-ing point since Rushdie emphasizes the relevance of this topic and migrant writ-ers and their preoccupations in both fictional and non-fictional output.
