Sažetak
The key issue in regulating the disciplinary liability of medical professionals are related to who initiates proceedings, what are the rules of procedure, who decides on disciplinary liability and sanctions, what sanctions there are and who provides supervision and decides in appellate proceedings. This chapter aims to analyse and discuss the system by looking at different models, analysing the jurisprudence of the ECtHR and the impact of EU law in this area.
