Sažetak
The planning of aggregates practically does not exist in Croatia. The strategy of mineral raw materials from 2008th year, provides data on the number of exploitation fields, the amount of reserves and exploration from 1998-2006 and estimates of the exploitation are wrong because it is not envisaged economic crisis. There is also no data at the basis of which it can be sufficiently accurately estimate future consumption considering that there is no information on the planning of consumption aggregates in the construction sector. In the spatial plans apart from the basic data of the exploitation of them there is no estimate of future consumption of the construction materials. There are only estimates of the companies individually for their deposits. Experience has shown that due to unstable markets and unreliable companies planning their production plans on an annual basis.
