Sažetak
The effects of education, or of other activities in which an organization is engaged, can be measured through an entire range of indicators. In the theoretical part of this paper, the importance of access to measuring Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Process Reengineering (BPR) will be presented. In the empirical part, research in the form of analysis, carried out at the international level, including the results of the Croatian Tax Administration and Tax Administration of Austria, will be presented. The research was conducted based on 30 non-financial measures. Certain business services, such as tax application, taxpayers’ questions, monitoring and errors that occur in the taxation procedure, were used for comparison. The comparison was carried out based on time defined parameters.
