Sažetak
Geophysical seismic method such as MASW and refraction have found increasing use throughout the world particularly in site investigations for civil and geotechnical engineering due to the fact that they are non evasive, easy to perform and accurate. They are really powerful investigative tool for shallow survey when used in combination with exploratory drilling. These methods produce information of subsurface structures, thickness of layers, velocities of body waves, and soil amplification parameters like Vs30 ; all of which are essential feature in earthquake engineering.
