Sažetak
A microcomputer database system for primary health care team (PHC) activity support is presented. The system is aimed to help in the everyday medical and other professional work performed by the doctor, nurse and other members of the team. In particular the system is oriented to medical records keeping and retrieving, follow-up of the health status of health care users, as well as reporting to higher levels of health center management. It might help in organization tasks of the team, data analysis and other functions. The system is designed in the dBASE environment and implemented in a personal computer. The requirements for hardware and software as well as the structure and organization of input and output documents are described. The results of preliminary experimental testing of the system in the daily PHC practice are presented.
