Sažetak
The role of the microcomputer technology in primary health care is presented and the reasons for a rap1d development in this field are explained. The economic justification for the use of computers in primary health care is given and the functions ot a computerized system in this field are discussed. The structure of medical records and the necessary hardware and software are considered, The implementation problems in dependence of the development of health care systems are discussed.
