Sažetak
In the continuation of the development of the CSTAT conversational problem oriented computer language the basic structure of the program package was defined. It consists of a main program element, 14 system subroutines and 17 statistical subroutines. Main features of these elements arc Idescribed. Details of storage structuring are 'presented, defining the organization of CSTAT variables and status words. A programming example is given and discussed in view of the future development and optimization of the program package.
