Sažetak
CSTAT is a conversational, problem oriented language. It is intended for statistical data analysis, especially in medical research problems. It is assumed that users have no experience in programming. The basic ideas of the CSTAT are presented, the conditions and restrictions in its use are defined and the choice of the input program language with its syntax and the statistical routines included in the package is described.
