Sažetak
The paper presents the results of a physico-chemical analysis of the kaolin concentrate leaching residue obtained from flotation tailings of the Copper Mine Bor, leaching being carried out by means of sulphuric, nitric and hydrochloric acid. The investigations of the physico-chemical characteristics of this material were carried out out by sample shooting by a scanning electron-microscope and electron beam microanalyzer. The results obtained point out certain phenomena that explain the kinetics of the acid kaolin leaching process on which the authors refered at ICSOBA Symposium in Tihany, Hungary (1981). These results, together with those preceding, enabled the authors to define the acid kaolin leaching mechanism.
