Sažetak
Although over the last thirty years, so much has expanded and deepened the knowledge, and even changed the fundamental scientific paradigm of understanding alcohol-induced disorders, prevention and assistance systems for drinking-drinking people were surprisingly identical to those of several decades ago and unfortunately did not follow these trials. Advocacy advocates claim that the vast majority of people with drinking problems stay out of the treatment system, leaving themselves alone because their systems do not know or do not want to be approached appropriately. By expanding therapeutic modalities and by taking into account the hypothesis that the people with drinking problems, the low threshold of complexity, and treatments that tolerate the reduction of drinking as a therapeutic goal, would have gained significantly more people with drinking problems in therapeutic systems.
