Sažetak
In this paper, the authors attempted to emphasize the importance of diagnosing alcohol-related disorders related to existing accepted and usable classification systems for these disorders, namely: DSM-IV and ICD-10. These two instruments show a variety of well-defined diagnostic categories and provide a good basis for continuous diagnosis as part of the treatment and investigation of alcohol-related disorders. By multiplying these instruments, the obtained data will be better comparable in both classification systems. The accuracy of the diagnosis leads to the correct treatment of the disorder, and it is also important for further investigators to work.
