Sažetak
For the optimal AIE, BTMs need a specific set of skills or educational curriculum for the management of the needed transformation framework and AIE's integration for the very difficult BTP's implementation phase [1]. The Framework uses Critical Success Factors (CSF) that are fed in the form of configuration items into the neural networks based Decision making (Dm) module, in order to deliver the optimal BTP recommendations, in the form of applicable solutions [2] [3]. The Dm's applied reasoning is in fact based on a mixed method, which delivers the most important BTPs solutions and recommendations [5]. The authors took into account that BTPs' technical implementation phase is the major cause for high failure rates ; that is why the BTMs need tools supported empirical hands-on skills. These skills should encompass the knowledge of: a) enterprise architecture ; b) neural networks decision making ; c) business engineering ; d) extreme and agile project management ; e) just- in-time enterprise application integration ; f) organizational behaviour ; g) management science methodologies ; h) enterprise architecture ; i) business architecture ; j) modelling and integration ; k) test/design driven development ; and k) other concrete BTP implementation phase's architectural know-how artefacts. Therefore the researchers recommend a technocrat's profile as the base-profile for such BTMs ; where the base-profile needs to be complemented with cross-functional skills [6] [7]. Fig. 1:
