Sažetak
The post-war reconstruction of the City of Mostar involves many parties, including the international donors, NGO's and financial institutions. Coordination of the process is lacking, and many actions are done isolated from the overall process of urban reconstruction. This paper questions the role urban planning should have in the process of post-war urban reconstruction of the city, in the context of changed reality and with many new actors involved in the process.
