This national report on Croatia contains some introductory notes on entering into force and temporal application of the CISG, a part about the CISG and the contracting parties, specifically issues regarding inclusion and exclusion from the position of the Croatian Law and practice, the part about the CISG and the courts, the prospects regarding the CISG and the legislation, education and scholarship, national issues concering the personal and the substantive scope of the CISG, interpretation of the CISG especially in regard to international and national influences, reservations and declarations and ultimately the paper touches upon the challanges in the application of specific CISG provisions.
