Sažetak
This article presents concept and approach to solving problems in software development projects, experienced today by many business organizations. By providing an Agile Development case study, it reports on consolidation measures applied through a new Composite Model of Structural and Process Integration. As the author of this work has spent years of his professional life attached to the information technology, software implementation projects and project management activities, this paper can be seen as an elaboration on coupling factors between experiences from empirical research and practices, project management standards and practices, and theoretical research in software project management, software development and related functional processes discomposure and analysis. The presented model can contribute in making the business expectations more realistic, bearing in mind the fact that there is not a one-size-fits-all answer for all projects and all organizations. The author will further develop this model, by continuing its application in practice and by further academic research.
