Sažetak
This presentation analyses issues related to determining applicable law for contracts concerned with transfer or assignment of intellectual property. It also touches upon other IPR-related contracts such as distribution and franchise contracts. Particular attention within the Rome I Regulation is given to the functioning of the characteristic performance connecting factor in Article 4(2).
