Sažetak
The first chapter is devoted to the gas transport network in frame of EU. Described is the infrastructure of the gas transport network, in particular its major parts. At the end of the Chapter, the authors focused at the future of the gas transport as well as the development of the existing transport network and prepared projects of the future interconnection of gas transporting networks among the selected EU countries.
