Sažetak
Among the factors affecting business efficiency of an enterprise the quality of human resources and the quality of human resource management are especially important. Today in the market economy and permanent development of science and technology an enterprise cannot exist or operate efficiently without the human resources of high quality. However, knowledge, skills and abilities may remain only potential resources, if they are not adequately developed or managed. This highlights the question of quality of human resource management and its particular activities: job analysis and design, analysis of employee characteristics, human resource planning, recruiting, selection, personnel development, including training and promotion, employee motivation, performance evaluation and control, and identification of managerial potential in the enterprise. However, it should be emphasized that in order to form an adequate human resource management process and to consequently implement it, the conditions for the economic activity revival should be created first.
