Sažetak
Many fin-de-siecle artists explored the interconnected subjects of Eros and Thanatos, and these dominated Klimt´s works at the time he was creating the Faculty Paintings. Meštrović´s work can be recognized as "translations" of Klimt´s themes and subjects into his own medium.
