Sažetak
Customer wants his product obtained as soon as possible, with the best possible performance with the maximum quality and all that with, of course, the lowest possible price. Buyer gets to choose and the options are huge. Under the pressure of competition and in order to achieve as much as possible market share and maximum profit, different concepts and methods of leadership and management have begun to develop. One of the concepts was PLM concept.
