Sažetak
Research was focused on several biotic agents that attack or destroy seed crop of most important tree species in Croatia. Experimental plots were located in lowland oak forests, mixed beech and fir stands, and in Mediterranean belt of holm oak forests. Seed and cone structures of common fir (Abies alba), spruce (Picea abies), Austrian pine (Pinus nigra), pedunculate oak (Quercus robur), sessile oak (Quercus petraea) and common ash (Fraxinus angustifolia) were collected and analysed regarding the cause and extent of damage.
