Sažetak
The genetic variation among Orobanche crenata populations from Spain and Israel has been studied. ISSR radiolabelled amplification products have been used and subjected to an analysis of molecular variance (AMOVA). Most of the genetic diversity was attributable to differences among individuals within a population, which is consistent with the predominantly allogamous behaviour of O. crenata.
