Sažetak
In the total amount of municipal waste of cities even 62% is biodegradable waste (BMW). It is mainly composed of plant residues from parks and gardens (branches, grass, leaves, floweers and weeds) and the remains of fruits and vegetables from households. The simplest and cheapest way of disposing of suchmaterials is composting. This method of dispols can produce significant quantities of compost, which placed on the market, can cover a large part of the costs incurred by separation, removel and disposal.
