Sažetak
A segregant F2 population derived from the cross between Vicia faba L. lines susceptible and resistant to Ascochyta fabae was analysed to develop a linkage map. Resistance to Ascochyta fabae was evaluated under controlled conditions in F2-derived F3 lines. ANOVA analysis was used to detect significant associations between molecular markers and the resistant trait.
