Sažetak
In consideration of the relationship between the basic notion that defines the contemporary economy - politics - culture my attempt is to articulating three starting points. The first determines the acceleration of complex digital age that I will call technosphere. In that circuit inputs techno-science, information and communication technologies and new media. The second point is related to changes in the biosphere and it belongs to the physicality, animality and complex organization of human life in cybernetical model of eco-system and environment. Global capitalism goes today through a third point. I call it mediosphere. This term refers to the increasing role of mediation in everyday life. From technological gadgets to computer equipment the landscape of postindustrial societies has been long time ago represented new visual archipelago networks. However, we can no longer understand the basic logic foundation of complexity process without some crucial epistemological turns in culture notions. Graduating from the form object in the form of techno-scientific capital in the creation of new life (biogenetics and biocybernetics) unconditional progress became the posthuman condition. The main features of that concept are the following : (1) Sciences are connected once separated the sphere of nature and human in researching the possibilities of creating artificial intelligence and artificial life. As an scientific part of the information societies the Humans are reduced to biogenetics code. Experiments with human life goes beyond the limits of body and has to improve that new cognitive capital must be able to perform a complex operations in labour today. All the sciences become techno-sciences. The notion of technology as opposed to the technique is no longer but the very essence of the contemporary era. Technology refers to both the nature and culture, the production of objects and method of formation of the subject. The transition from technique to technology has been marked the transition from analog to digital paradigm of the historical development of thinking and being. (2) The technology combines the fields of science and culture, nature and human, information and communication. In the very core of digital technologies instead of their instrumental functions in the center comes a new aesthetic function. But now it is no longer working on embellishing objects. Design becomes the structure of the new digital world and construction becomes the basic concept of the assembly emerging science (cybernetics, informatics, cognitive sciences, neurosciences). Artificial intelligence and artificial life thanks to a computer-related nanotechnology and machine appear to the formation of life from the monstrous immaterial power. The space-time of their extension and their events occurs in virtual space, and time is passing through information flows of data. We are entering in complex state of forgetfulness of the past without awareness of the upcoming event as a possible interruption of the eternal order the new updates. (3) The culture belongs both the world of life and the ideological justification of the performing event of power of capital and capitalism without alternatives. From spectacle to design, from aesthetics to architecture, from high culture to popular culture everything became know-how concepts in the chaos of contingencies. The possibility of creating a new method based on the experimental techno- science and freedom of choice are more important than biological contexts . The question that seems determined to understand the status of culture today is no longer a dichotomy of high and popular culture, and no longer the ideological construction of its contents, but the very form in which it appears as a way of life in the technological world of global information capitalism. The presentation should be an attempt of articulation some critical standpoitns on the traces Foucault's and Deleuze's directed towards the analysis of the problems of power and freedom in society today where culture has been appropriated a new control patterns instead of emancipation the subject.
